Dorje Lhakpa Expedition Overview

Want to challenge yourself this spring? If so,
Then Dorje Lhakpa Peak Climbing Expedition in Langtang region, won’t disappoint you.

To enumerate about the region, the mountain rests at Jugal Himal. Langtang Valley lies to the west and Mt. Shishapangma of Tibet lies to the north. This spot is the attraction for photographers, climbers, and trekkers. It gives the glorious view and of the unique shape like a pyramid. Its height almost reaches about 7000 meters.

You get to see the timeless beauty of Langtang and Jugal Himal mountains. The terrific mountain vista includes the famous Langtang Lirung which is over 7400 m, Gangchenpo, and Langtang II, both of which are over 6000 m and even the Naya Kanga. The gait/expedition with the Sherpa Guides will definitely be memorable and notable.

Mt. Dorje Lakhpa has gathered quite a lot of foreign interests specifically from countries like Japan, Germany, France, Europe, and Italy. Carlos Buhler attempted it in the 90s and even got featured. It was first conquered in the 60s. But this mountain is just not confined with historical climbing merits.

You embark on the trip from Dunche. You then make your way through thick vegetation and dense tropicals to reach Kyanjin Gompa. Enjoying the enchanting valley from Tsergo Ri, you reach the Basecamp at 5400 m. Now, you must put a lot of effort and struggle with ropes, ice ax and ice screws towards the summit. Just keep the ascent in check for proper acclimatization. The joy and pleasure when you get on top are uncountable.

If you are physically fit to climb then the Dorje Lhakpa with the team of Himalayan Trekkers, could be one of the best experiences of your life.
