Best Time for Nepal Bhutan Two Weeks Tour

Both Nepal and Bhutan experience four seasons a year. These Himalayan countries can be visited any time of the year depending upon the preferences of the travelers. However, spring and autumn are the peak seasons for any activities in these countries.

The days of spring are clear and warm with little prospect of rain until the monsoons arrive in June. The valleys are covered in fresh new growth and bright green grass in the spring. The laps of the mighty Himalayas are covered with lovely Rhododendrons blossom, lending more color to the pristine landscapes of these gorgeous landlocked countries.

Autumn is the topmost time for exploring these Himalayan nations because the weather is pleasant with the clear crisp blue sky and the visibility ratio being higher. Autumn also holds some of the country's most important festivals. Every year in October and November, the biggest festivals of Hindus, Dashain, and Tihar take place. And in September, the Thimpu Tsechu, one of the most prominent Tsechu, takes place in Bhutan.

In both Nepal and Bhutan, the months of June, July, and August are known as the summer months with hot, humid weather with gloomy skies and rain. Wildflowers and lush foliage abound in these two South Asian countries. While trekking is challenging in most regions, summer is an excellent season to learn about Nepal and Bhutan's culture and visit the country's old historical monuments.

Winter offers chilly, dry weather with snow in the mountains in both Nepal and Bhutan. Typically, the sky is blue with none too few clouds. You would get more gorgeous and bright days in the winter than you would in the spring or fall.
